Privacy policy

This policy explains how FreshJam Marketing Services (“FreshJam”, “we”), licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism under licence no. 1658226, handles personal data collected through freshjammarketing.com. We follow the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

What we collect

• Details you send through the contact form, WhatsApp or email: name, company, phone number and your message.
• Basic technical data your browser sends, such as IP address, device type and pages visited, held in server logs.
• Analytics cookies, only if you select “Accept all” in the cookie banner.

How we use your data

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
• To plan and deliver the work you have hired us for.
• To keep this website secure and working.

We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Who we share it with

Only with providers that help us run the business, such as hosting, cloud storage, email and messaging providers (including WhatsApp, operated by Meta), and only as needed to provide the service. Some of these providers process data outside the UAE under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Client records and project files are kept as agreed in each contract and as UAE law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent at any time. Email info@freshjammarketing.com and we will respond within 30 days.
