Content on this site is general information about our services. It is not an offer. Every project is governed by a written quote or contract that sets out the scope, deliverables, fees and timelines agreed with you.

Fees, changes and media spend

Fees are quoted in UAE dirhams. Each quote states how many rounds of changes are included. Printing, production and paid media budgets are paid by the client directly to the platforms unless the quote says otherwise. We cannot guarantee specific results from any platform.

Ownership of content

The design, text and graphics of this website belong to FreshJam Marketing Services. Content we produce for clients is transferred or licensed as set out in each client contract. Once paid in full, final logos and artwork are yours to use and register. Fonts and stock assets carry the licences stated in the quote.

Liability
